Our pricing for pick-up & delivery services is based on two main factors: Fee and travel /waiting Time.
- Fee for a car pick-up & delivery: $35
- Time :
Each additional minute of the Fleet-Go driver's travel time costs $0.33.
Each additional minute of the Fleet-Go driver's waiting time costs $0.17.
It's important to note that our payment system operates on a per-minute basis. This means you only pay for the exact duration of the delivery, ensuring that you receive a fair and precise cost assessment for your delivery needs.
The travel time, automatically calculated using data from Google Maps, is a crucial determinant of the delivery cost. We ensure accurate estimates for the time it takes to transport your vehicle to the destination. The calculated travel time is a constant parameter for your order. The client pays for the automatically calculated travel time. Even if there is a minor change during delivery, you pay exactly as much as we calculated.
Additionally, we consider the waiting time (as an example in the dealership), a parameter that you have the flexibility to define and it depends on the actual waiting time. This waiting time is factored into the overall cost, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.
The calculation of time starts from the moment of signing the paperless Agreement.
For example:
You need to have your vehicle maintenance at your dealership that is located 17 miles from your location - calculated round trip travel time 50 min.
Тhe duration of the maintenance will take no more than 1 hour.

The Fleet-Go driver drove your car to the dealership in 27 minutes, the car maintenance took actually 38 min, the driver drove back and returned the serviced car to you in 26 min.
Your final price will be $58.00 : $35(Fee) + $23.00 (for 1 h 29 min of the Fleet-Go driver's work).
The balance $3.70 will be refunded to your card automatically.
