Fleet-Go cancellation and change policy
1. Introduction
1.1 Fleet-Go, LLC (Fleet-Go or We) provides this Website or Mobile App ("Site") for your use, subject to these Cancellation and Change Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2. If Fleet-Go Driver have not picked up your vehicle:
If Fleet-Go Driver has not picked up your vehicle you can modify or cancel your reservation.
1.3 You can make the necessary changes in your Fleet-Go account if applicable to your reservation.
1.4 If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date or time, this may result in a change to your rates, taxes, surcharges, or underage fees. Please see your new rate quote when you verify your reservation.


2. Changes
2.1. No charge will be made for amending your reservation before the start of your car pick-up and delivery service. This excludes any changes to the reservation which result in the change of the price of the reservation, such as changing the duration of the car pick-up and delivery service or car pick-up and delivery location or data and time pick-up and delivery service changing its rates following the original reservation. Amending the data and time or the pick-up and delivery location may require canceling and rebooking the car pick-up and delivery service.

2.2. The car pick-up and delivery service period can be extended by either arranging it with the Fleet-Go Driver or making a new reservation via fleet-go.com. Please note, making a new booking may result in the change of the Fleet-Go Driver. The extension of the car pick-up and delivery service period and a delayed return of the vehicle will be calculated and charged in accordance with the local hourly price (which can be higher than the hourly price of your original reservation) by the Fleet-Go Platform.


2.3. If the Fleet-Go Driver has fulfilled the order earlier than stated in the reservation, Fleet-Go will recalculate the amount of the order according to the actual time the order was completed by the Fleet-Go Driver and refund the amount for the unused time subject to a minimum non-refundable service charge time equal to the time included in the Fee for pickup and delivery.


3. Cancellation
3.1. If you wish to cancel a reservation, the only accepted method is doing so by canceling in your fleet-go.com account. You can cancel your reservation without penalties up to 2 hours before the starting time of your reservation. In the event that your reservation is canceled by the Fleet-Go, a full refund will be made to the person that originally paid for the reservation.

3.2. No Fee for pick-up and delivery refund will be made if:

  • the pick-up and delivery is terminated early;
  • the car pick-up is delayed more than 15 minutes your fault;
  • a cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the starting time of the reservations period;
  • your vehicle does not meet the requirements in accordance with https://fleet-go.com/termofuse;
  • you do not have a necessary documents for the car in accordance with the terms of use Fleet-Go https://fleet-go.com/termofuse;
3.3 All reservations include free cancellation up to 2 hours before the pick up time. If a cancellation is requested more than 2 hours before the pick-up time the customer will receive a full refund including Fee for a pick-up and delivery.
3.4 Reservations booked on a third party website, dealership, service station, etc. must be canceled through the third party website. Please return to the website where you originally booked the reservation.
