Our pricing for pick-up & delivery services is based on two main factors: Fee and travel /waiting Time.

Each additional minute of the Fleet-Go driver's travel time costs $0.33.
Each additional minute of the Fleet-Go driver's waiting time costs $0.17.
It's important to note that our payment system operates on a per-minute basis. This means you only pay for the exact duration of the delivery, ensuring that you receive a fair and precise cost assessment for your delivery needs.
The travel time, automatically calculated using data from Google Maps, is a crucial determinant of the delivery cost. We ensure accurate estimates for the time it takes to transport your vehicle to the destination. The calculated travel time is a constant parameter for your order. The client pays for the automatically calculated travel time. Even if there is a minor change during delivery, you pay exactly as much as we calculated.
Additionally, we consider the waiting time (as an example in the dealership), a parameter that you have the flexibility to define and it depends on the actual waiting time. This waiting time is factored into the overall cost, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.
The calculation of time starts from the moment of signing the paperless Agreement.
For example:
You need to have your vehicle maintenance at your dealership that is located 17 miles from your location - calculated round trip travel time 50 min.

You will be able to get the issued invoice directly from your Fleet-Go account if you need to ask questions to the service station representative, receive and view documents and photos that will help you make a decision and easily pay an invoice to your dealership or service station.

- Description: The same driver handles your car from pickup to return. The order lasts from when the car is picked up until it's returned to you. You pay for both the driving time and the waiting time.
- Best For: Choose this option if you have a good estimate of how long the service or repair will take. Round Trip ensures that as soon as your car is ready, the same driver will promptly return it to you.
- Description: This option is ideal if you are unsure how long the service will take or if the service duration will be long.
- Best For: Choose this option if the time needed for servicing your car is uncertain or will be lengthy.

- Client Responsibility: According to the Terms of the use, the client must provide the vehicle in a "Run & Drive" condition, safe for driving, with enough fuel or battery charge to complete the entire route specified in the request.
- Driver Assistance: If necessary, the client can arrange with the driver for refueling or recharging. The method of payment for additional services and fuel must be decided and agreed upon directly with the driver.
