Policy regarding the opt-in process

1. General Provisions
This OPT-in Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements privacy practices required under CTIA, the United States’ Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Controlling the Assault of NonSolicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM Act), The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA),
and determines the procedure for opt out of receiving informational messages/notifications.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Fleet-Go service - Website at the network address https://www.fleet-go.com and Fleet-Go mobile application.

2.2 Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://www.fleet-go.com.

2.3. Notifications - are all types of messages (including SMS, MMS, email, push notifications on the website or in the Fleet-Go mobile application) sent by the Fleet-Go service to inform Fleet-Go User’s associated with the direct use of the Fleet-Go car delivery service (creating and fulfilling users' car delivery orders) and about new products and services, special offers and various events.

2.4. Fleet-Go User’s - any visitor to the website https://www.fleet-go.com or Fleet-Go mobile application:
Users: individuals who request or receive pick up & delivery car and related services via their Fleet-Go account.
Drivers: individuals who provide pick up & delivery service to Users individually or through partner transportation companies.
Order recipients: individuals who request or receive pick up & delivery car or other products and services for delivery or pick-up via their Fleet-Go account. This includes individuals who use guest checkout features to access delivery or pick-up services without creating and/or logging into their account.

3. Basic rights and obligations of the Fleet-Go service
3.1. Fleet-Go service has the right to send Notifications to the User's.

4. Basic rights and obligations of User's
4.1. The User's can always opt out of receiving Notifications by sending an email from the email address used during the creation of the User account to the Fleet-Go service at support@fleet-go.com with the note "Opt-out".

4.2. This document will reflect any changes in the policy of processing personal data by the Fleet-Go service. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

4.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://www.fleet-go.com/opt_in_policy
