Our pricing for pick-up & delivery services is based on two main factors: Fee and travel /waiting Time.
- Fee for a car pick-up & delivery: $49
Fee also includes payment for the first 10 minutes of the Fleet-Go driver's work. This averages out to 4-5 miles depending on traffic.
- Time : Each additional hour of work costs $30.
It's important to note that our payment system operates on a per-minute basis. This means you only pay for the exact duration of the service, ensuring that you receive a fair and precise cost assessment for your delivery needs.
The travel time, calculated using data from Google Maps, is a crucial determinant of the delivery cost. We ensure accurate estimates for the time it takes to transport your vehicle to the destination.
Additionally, we consider the waiting time at the dealership, a parameter that you have the flexibility to define. This waiting time is factored into the overall cost, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.
The calculation of time starts from the moment of signing the paperless Agreement.
For example:
You need to have your vehicle serviced at a dealership that is located 5 miles from your location (approximately 10 min drive).
Тhe duration of the service will take no more than 1 hour 30 minutes.
You selected a 2-hour plan and prepaid $109.
The driver drove to the service in 7 minutes, the car service took actually 1 h 10 min, the driver drove back and returned the serviced car to you in 8 min.
Your final payment will be $86.50 : $49(Fee) + $37.50 for 1 h 25 min of the driver's work.
