Get new Quote for pick-up & delivery

Click the 'Get Quote' button on the vehicle card.

*Tips: Create a Quote at least 24 hours before the approximate pick-up time of your vehicle.

To create a Quote, fill in all the fields.

Service duration selection
If you would like a Fleet-Go driver to wait for the service completion, select the "Estimated waiting time".
If you would like our driver to simply delivery your vehicle to the service station, choose a "Not required".
If your delivery takes less time, the amount will be adjusted and the balance will be refunded to your card.

Dealership Choice
Choose the dealership where you would like your vehicle to be delivered. If the desired dealership is not listed, select the "My Dealership" option.

Describe in detail what needs to be done. If you have specific requirements for the service, please specify them.

When you're finished, click the "Get Quote" button.

Go to the "Quotes" menu, carefully check all the details of your new Quote and confirm it.

Make Payment for your new Quote.

Make Payment
Click the "Make Payment" button on the quote card. Follow the instructions on your screen, fill in all the fields and make a payment.

After a successful payment and once a driver accepts your quote, you will receive a notification email with your reservation details.

If no driver accepts your order 12 hours before the pick-up, the order will be canceled and you will get a full refund.
