At this moment you will receive an agreement (Appendix 1) on your email.
You should sign it electronically.
After signing the agreement you can hand over the vehicle to the driver.
After you have signed Appendix 1, you can check updates in the agreement status, receive messages from the dealership (if applicable), and pay the issued invoices.
To access the agreement, click on the Agreements menu item, then select Open Agreements.
When the driver delivers the car to you, go to the 'Agreements' tab, then 'Open Agreements'. You will see the status 'To client'. Click the 'View details' button. In the opened window, you will find information about the actual time and distance of completing your pick-up & delivery.
At the bottom of the page you will find a PIN code which you should provide to the driver to close the Agreement.
At the end of the drop-off process, you will receive an agreement (Appendix 2) in your email.
You should sign it electronically.
You can add either photo or video files to the agreement. Please make sure you have checked the 'Damages in' field.
After signing the Appendix 2, the Agreement is considered to be complete.
After completing the car return procedure, please kindly go to the menu, select the 'Agreements' tab, and then choose 'Open Agreements'. Your request status will change to 'completed'. Please click the 'Rate driver' button and assess the driver's performance. This will help us maintain our service at the highest level.
